DPB-P series motor  driven lubricating pump can be applied to the single line and dual line grease  and oil concentrated lubrication system with high lubrication frequency, long  piping and dense lubrication points as a delivery device of supplying  lubricating grease. It can also be equipped with a mobile cart, rubber hose,  oil gun and cable to constitute a mobile motor driven lubricating pump unit  which is suitable for the single equipment with low lubrication frequency, a  small number of lubrication points, a large volume of grease feeding, and  meanwhile being inconvenient for concentrated lubrication, for the purpose of  mobile grease lubrication.
 This series lubricating pump is the motor  driven high pressure piston type. Working pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily  within the range of PN with double overload protection. Grease conservation  barrel is equipped with grease level auto-alarming unit. If equipped with  electric control cabinet, the lubricating pump may realize fully automated  control of dual line concentrated lubricating system and monitor the system in  real time.

Use  grease with minimum cone penetration 220(25?,150g) 1/10mm (NLGI0#~3#) or lubricating  oil with minimum viscosity grade N68.

1. This series motor driven lubricating pump  should be installed in the environment with appropriate temperature and less  dust for the convenience of adjustment, inspection, repair & maintenance  and grease supplementing.

2. It is suggested to allocate this series motor  driven lubricating pump in the central part of the system as possible, shorten  the piping length of the system and maintain the lowest pressure decrease, thus  enabling the pump to produce the pressure to overcome lubricating point resistance.

3. The set pressure of pump pressure regulation  valve can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0~40Mpa. It is not  allowed to exceed the PN (40Mpa) of pump in use.

4. The filtering screen of filter at the pump  grease outlet should be washed regularly for the avoidance of plugging.

5. When pressure arrives about 50Mpa for certain  fault, the safety piece will break. New safety piece should be fit on only  after the fault is found out and removed.

6. Supplementing grease into grease conservator  must be done by using DJB-H1.6 motor driven grease filling pump from the grease  inlet of grease conservator.

7. The film type volume indicator in grease  conservator is only suitable for lubricating grease. If lubricating oil is  used, it must be replaced by floating ball type volume indicator.

8. Appropriate volume of 3# molybdenum dioxide  lubricating grease should be filled from the hole of air discharge plug in  first use of motor driven speed reduction machine and filled every four months  in the future.

9. This series motor driven lubricating pump  should be used in indoor environment. Protection measures must be taken if used  outdoor or in a severe environment.

? . Ordering instruction

1. When ordering mobile motor driven lubricating pump unit, it is required to specify the length of piping and cable. If it is not specified, 10m of cable and 3 m of rubber piping will be supplied for any order.

2. This series motor driven lubricating pump is equipped with three types of standard electric control cabinet which can be selected and ordered based on different control requirements.

3. This series motor driven lubricating pump is equipped with a short-time interval working system. Please specify in the contract if long-time continuous working is required.
